Picpoul
de Pinet coteaux du Languedoc (Bottle)
Picpoul is a varietal that originated in
southern France and is often used as a component in blends
versus bottled as a single varietal. It is known for its high
acidity which makes it an excellent wine to pair with shellfish
— oysters are a popular choice with Picpoul. It is also an
excellent choice with rich, soft cheeses.
La Petite Frog (3L bag in box)
100% Picpoul here, aka Folle Blanche, which
probably doesn’t help you in terms of understanding just how
refreshing and snappy this wine is. Pale yellow color with
green tints. Fresh and fine aromas of grapefruit and exotic
fruit, with typical focusing acidity, these are hallmarks
of Picpoul. This wine impresses novices and hardened geeks
equally. Known as 'the Muscadet of the South' in France, this
is to the Mediterranean coast of France what Albarino is to
northwest Spain: the default wine for fresh shellfish and
seafood. French bistro white in a box! Great for large outdoor
concerts, picnics, you name it! 12.5% abv.

Bouchard Pere Fils Bourgogne Pinot Noir - France
Brillant and seductive aromas of cranberry,
wet stone, earth, steel, mineral, and the slightest strawberry
character after proper aeration. The flavors mirror the aromas
with very subtle cranberry and strawberry notes being accompanied
by a distinctive Burgundy minerality.
Bouchard Pere & Fils La Vignee Bourgogne
Chardonnay
Toasty, butter, pear, mineral, slate and
green apple aromas. Round, dry, elegant and crisp palate,
with baked apple, nutty lees, spicy, butter, pear and citrus
flavors. Good flavor intensity and crispness for current consumption.
Would be delicious served with a nice lobster dinner or Maryland
Blue Crabs. |

Chateau Layfette Reneau
Seyval-Chardonnay
A flowery nose with subtle apple aroma. Smooth and crisp with ample fruit and a lush texture. Complexities of oak and grass mingle on the palate to produce this unique new kind of Chardonnay.
Cuvee Rouge
An extremely smooth blend of Vinifera and French- American hybrid grapes produce this bright and lively bold red with a velvet texture that will complement any food pairing. Delightful on its own.

Bodegas Juan Gil
Jumilla
Wrongo Dongo
Take a sniff of this red and you will be
attacked by a wide-open array of super-ripe berry fruits:
blackberries, raspberries and boysenberries, and a strange
but intriguing hint of earth and coffee grinds. In the mouth
it has similarly ripe berry fruit flavors, with chunks of
blackberry, black cherry and vanilla oak, lined with a touch
of chocolate licorice. The texture is smooth, and the midpalate
(the flavor evolving in your mouth before it’s swallowed)
is marked by a drying acidity and sweet ripe tannins that
lead to an attractive, balanced finish. This wine will match
nicely with tacos and other Mexican dishes, mild Indian cuisine,
and everyday simple fare such as burgers and barbecue chicken. |

Gold Oak Hill Chardonnay
The Gold Oak Hill tradition is to craft delicious
wines from the best grapes available. This chardonnay expresses
the abundance offered from California wines. The gold straw
color draws straight to aromas of caramel Fuji apple, pineapple
and toasty oak. Pairs nicely with fish, chicken and seafood
or as an aperitif. Made by the former winemaker of Kendall
Jackson. |
|
Heron Hill Eclipse Red

grape varieties of Bordeaux. Soft and velvety, it offers flavors
of cherry and currant with subtle round finish.

so sought after in this classic. A prime example of one of
the most coveted wines in the world. International Gold Medal.

| Aragosta
Vermentino di Sardinia, South la Palma Vermentino,
also known as Rolle in France, commonly comes from the island
of Sardinia off the coast of Italy, where it produces light
white wines redolent of lemon and lime leaves with an almost
salty mineral twang.
A light-bodied, dry, easy-drinking wine with
aromas of fresh lemons and limes. It comes from the island
of Sardinia, and naturally goes very well with seafood (as
the label would suggest). |

Terra Borossa Shiraz Liter

89 points and listed as a Best Value Under
$20 in Robert Parker's Wine Advocate! 88 points Stephen Tanzers
IWC: "Ruby-red. Spicy blackberry and blueberry on the nose,
with licorice, espresso and fresh violet notes gaining volume
with air. Pliant dark fruit flavors display liqueur-like density
and are a bit four-square, with strong back-end sweetness.
Finishes soft and gently persistent. A bit simple but has
tasty fruit." According to Wine Spectator: "This is firm,
wrapping its chewy tannins around a core of tobacco-accented
cherry and spice flavors. Best from 2010 through 2015." |
