Tamari Reserva Malbec
This Malbec has a deep red color with intense violet hue. It's aroma is expressive and complex with aromas of candied plum, cherry, dried fig, and spices. Notes of intense vanilla and chocolate result from the oak aging.
It is very fruity, concentrated and complete, with sweet ripe tannins and a persistent and elegant finish that invites you to drink more wine.
Be sure to try this fruity, concentrated wine with grilled red meats, lamb, ostrich, wild boar, duck, pork and strong cheeses.

Dellacato Bota Box CHARDONNAY
This Chardonnay has a bright, golden color with aromas of tropical fruit complemented by vanilla and hazelnut. On the palate, the wine has a full mouthfeel with flavors of pear, apple, and citrus, which lead into a long finish with a hint of oak.
This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, or pairs nicely with chicken, baked or poached fishes, grilled prawns or pasta with a light cream sauce.
Dellacato Bota Box SHIRAZ
Bota Box Shiraz remains true to character with complex aromas of spice, blackberry, and red cherry. On the palate, this wine has a soft, supple mouthfeel with flavors of blueberries, spice, and oak nuances that lead into a lingering finish.
This wine is perfect to serve with grilled meats, slightly spicy foods, or rich, ripe cheeses.
Dellacato Bota Box MERLOT
This lovely Merlot has a soft nose of plum and dark berry fruits with oak and spice nuances. On the palate the wine remains true to our style with fruit forward flavors of cherry with a hint of vanilla and toasty notes. The finish is smooth and well-balanced making this Merlot supple and easy to drink.
Try this Merlot with roast pork or hearty meat and pasta dishes.
Dellacato Bota Box CABERNET SAUVIGNON
On the nose, our Bota Box Cabernet Sauvignon has full aromas of current, blackberry, and black cherry that blend well with sweeter aromas of vanilla and toasted bread. This medium-bodied wine has rich, well-developed flavors of cherry, blackberry and a hint of oak to compliment the fruit.
This wine pairs perfectly with barbecue, a hearty meat stew, or pasta.

The Riesling grape is considered by many to be the finest of Germangrape
varieties, and Blue Nun’s Riesling uses them to superb effect. It’s
fragrant, fruity, crisp and lively. Good with meats and fish. Once
again, versatile enough to go with most things. And because it’s
a very light, refreshing wine, you can enjoy it as an aperitif.
Or drink it any time you like.

On the palate, the wine starts with various red fruits that transition towards blueberry and plum at the back end. There is an ethereal wisp of thyme that runs alongside the delicate spice of French oak. Moderate tannins develop just into what becomes a fairly lengthy finish. Serve with barbeque pork ribs, roast duck and plum sauce, or spaghetti and Italian sausage.
