Henry’s Drive - Pillar Box Red
Pillar Box red is an opaque red/black color with a scarlet rim. It displays aromas of sweet, ripe red berries underpinned cinnamon spice and dark chocolate. The palate is rich and fleshy with vibrant raspberry & blackcurrant fruit intertwined with a citrus like cedary oak complexity.

The tannins are full yet soft and supple, combined with the gentle acidity to produce a lingering harmonious finish. 53% Shiraz/37% Cab/10% Merlot.  The company was named after the proprietor of the 19th century mail coach service which once ran through their property, the Longbottom family has created a new family tradition of winemaking with such Henry’s Drive, Parson's Flat and now Pillar Box Red. Made from old vines Grenache this dark ruby colored wine offers plenty of ripe raspberry fruit with hints of minerals on the nose and palate, finishing with surprising depth and length. This is a mellow wine that is sure to please the red lovers in your crowd. It pairs well with BBQ steak and roasted meats.

Cookoothama, King Valley, Dry Riesling
Fresh, lifted aromas of florals, musk and passion fruit over star anise spice. On the palate, lively, crisp flavors of lemon and lime zest with floral, passion fruit and pineapple notes.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Color: Bright and deep ruby colour.
Aroma: Intense with a sweet first touch. Reminds blackcurrant and plums mingled harmoniously with graphite and toasted coffee flavours.
Palate: Structured and concentrated. It has a soft texture with firm and rounded tannins which give a very long aftertaste.
Parings: Roasts, hearty casseroles and stews, grilled vegetables, rack of lamb.

Carmenere
Carmenere is grown only in Chile and is known as the "lost grape of Bordeaux." Our Carmenere is intense with plumy fruit flavors accented by spicy cedar and cloves. Try it with roasts or anything off the grill. Tasting notes:
Color: Dark and deep red with violet hues.
Aroma: Tasty blend of black currant, blackberry, grilled red pepper and black pepper, those flavors carry over to the palate.
Palate: With a very varietal character, this wine shows balance with volume and soft but present tannins and a pleasant aftertaste.
